I reached out to get an update for my order and the response was prompt and they are even trying to see if the order can be shipped earlier. It's not my first time ordering from PoojaHouse and overall there is always good customer service.

We ordered some apparel from this site. They advertised easy returns on their site. One of the items we ordered didn't fit well and didn't look as good as it did on the website. I contacted support and after multiple days of back and forth they finally tell me that returns cost $49 PER ITEM. What a SCAM! Never buying anything from here again...

Good products and delivered as estimated. But unfortunately one of the product has to be returned due to size issue. But the team was helpful in returning the product.
